I highly recommend all of the services at The Follicle. I have been going to Parvin for years to have my hair done. I am always extremely happy with the results. Amazing colour and cut. I recently had my nails done by Julia and was very impressed with her skills and how nice my nails looked for weeks afterward. Lory and Kelly give wonderful facials too! It’s an extremely welcoming and relaxing atmosphere from the minute you walk through the door until you leave.
I have gotten waxing services here twice. The quality of service is amazing. I have sensitive skin and burn easily, and they made sure to wax safely and with minimal pain. I recommend them significantly in this regard. However, I was very disappointed by the not transparent pricing. I have PCOS and have more hair on my chin/neck as a result. I was charged more as a result + around $60 for a face wax! I have never been charged extra for having more hair. I felt very uncomfortable and still don't fully understand the reasoning... read more
Rebecca was great for my pedicure. As a male they always make me feel welcome. Big emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene. No reuse.
Parvin does a wonder cut, shampoo and blow dry. I could not be more pleased.
I was in last week and just want to say that the service was excellent, Lori the owner for the Follicle always takes her time to explain in detail the benefits of the product as well as how to apply and when best to use. My timing was perfect because while buying my products I got a free cleanser from the Eltraderm line.... Thank you Heather
