Terrible experience – stay away! Our project was in Newport Beach (my mother-in-laws house) If I could give zero stars, I would. The Folding Door Store completely botched our order, which caused major delays to our construction project. They initially ordered the wrong door, and when they realized their mistake, they lied to us and claimed they had ordered a replacement. Lady on the phone was really mean, bad customer service!
So much was expected but hugely disappointed. No transparency, one was felt as if they were being charitable and humored us. And to pour salt over the wound…the stucco was damaged and they said I had to cover all the costs of repairs..citing it “cost of business”!!! And this is a premier business!!
If you’re going to drive like an a$$hole, don’t do it with your business name all over your truck
