I would not recommend this law firm to anyone seeking immigration representation. My experience was frustrating from beginning to end due to poor communication, lack of accessibility, and a general lack of support throughout my case. One of the biggest issues was that it was nearly impossible to speak directly with the attorney handling my case. RUN! Unless you want to deal with INEFFECTIVE ASSISTANCE OF COUNSEL. "A lawyer shall provide competent representation to a client. Competent representation requires the legal knowledge, skill, thoroughness and preparation reasonably necessary for the representation." "A lawyer shall act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing a client." These are the rules that attorneys are supposed to use as a guide, as a standard practice. Honest, ethical, moral and precise info, no misleading promises. Mr Fogle respects his legal profession and fiduciary duties to the court. he respects your financial and ID documents and privacy and safety of the family. His service is swift and on point. Bang for your buck and the best value for money when you compare to every other corrupt protracting paper shuffling shyster. It took one year from beginning the visa, then Greencard. My family felt respected and welcomed.
