After waiting almost 4 weeks for a bid to build a bedroom/bathroom addition onto my home for my sick mother, I received a text, not even a telephone call, to let me know they elected not to bid on my project because they signed up today to build 2 new homes. It is unfortunate that I was not notified sooner, so I could find someone else. Unfortunate that they represented to me that they would be able to handle my project.
