The Flying Locksmiths was AWESOME to work with! I've never had my locks changed before, but they made it so easy. Dale was such a sweetheart to work with, too! He explained to me what needed to be done and fixed one of the locks on my door that was installed incorrectly. Thank you so much for your service, Dale. You rock!

Lisa, our goal is to make the process effectively trouble-free for our customers. Rekeying is a fairly straightforward process, with the biggest unknowns arriving if an existing door/lock/cylinder have some sort of preexisting problem, but even with those, our techs can normally plow through them pretty readily. Dale was excellent and provided helpful insights into some of the "connected" locks that can be used. He was also helpful in showing us not only how to use the keypad to our deadbolt but how to reprogram it for new codes.
