I ordered glass cups from The Flying Fork in April 2025 and as of December 2025 nothing has arrived. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the company but couldn’t reach anyone or get a response. This has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional and unreliable. I understand delays can happen during the holiday season, but after many attempts to contact them, it’s been all payment and no product.
Excellent company to deal with. Great customer service from Andrew. He replied to emails promptly and was very helpful with our purchasing. Product range and quality is extensive and is well priced. Quick turnaround and delivery for printed wine glasses that are great quality and value for money. Highly recommend for any hospo needs.

I received the best service. After ordering glasses that were out of stock the Flying Fork were in touch with me. Gave me the option of money back or waiting. I opted to wait. They communicated frequently updating me on where my order was at. As soon as it came in they emailed me and when it was dispatched. Not many companies give this type of personal service these days.
