I received the best service. After ordering glasses that were out of stock the Flying Fork were in touch with me. Gave me the option of money back or waiting. I opted to wait. They communicated frequently updating me on where my order was at. As soon as it came in they emailed me and when it was dispatched. Not many companies give this type of personal service these days. What a wholesome experience! Silly me wasn't paying attention during the checkout process and clicked pick up instead of delivery. I called right away to give them my credit card details over the phone to cover P&H but Andrew was adamant that they would cover the postage even though it was my fault! I begged him not to but was so sweet and kind in saying that his wife would be around regardless (to go to the supplier).
