Terrible service. Left us sitting outside until we left. Servers kept walking past us even making eye contact.
The Flying Biscuit Cafe was a great choice for Sunday Brunch. The Mimosas were refreshing and their Chicken and Waffles was delicious! Oh, and the grits were superb! Customer service was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *chef's kiss*
Amazing friendly
Great breakfast spot in downtown Spartanburg! Went pretty early so plenty of seating available. We started with the donut beignets. So good! And that cream frosting! Awesome starter. I got the flying biscuit breakfast. Two eggs made to order, biscuit, grits, and chicken patties. I got a side of potatoes too. Everything was good, chicken patties were different but good. Grits a little different than other spots but also had good flavor. My friend got the veggie omelet. He said it was pretty tasty. Really family friendly spot.... read more
The biscuits themselves taste very frozen/store bought and without any flavor. When the manager came to address the problem, he gave a fake, teeth gritted smile and tried to gas lite us, saying "you probably just don't like our food" even though both my wife and both said the same thing. I won't return from him alone and I think he needs training in bed side manner. Loved their chicken and home fries and our waitress was very sweet.
