I am usually a regular. Their food is awesome but their customer service was TERRIBLE today!! When I tried talking with the Manager he basically was fed up with complaints and said today was his last day and he has had enough! Wow!?
How can a place be so bad at taking an order!!!!! Order a shrimp salad that clearly said $12.95 ring up at $14.95 and manager said its because shrimp is expensive. Two dollars is not a lot of money but really. And wanted to charge me $2 more to our guacamole on the side.
Love the food and the fact that the owners really care about their product!
Worst customer service ever!! I called to see if they deliver, guy put me on hold (but didn't ) because I heard the whole conversation ! He asked the manager if he could tell me that they didn't have a delivery driver b/c our order wasn't worth his time. I had 11 sandwiches to order. Glad they didn't get our $$. Then I call back and talk to Chris/the manager and he didn't care. Good luck with running your business like that!! Hey Brandermill peeps go to Q bbq instead!

the white bean chili and bacon/blue cheese potato salad were very good; however their pulled pork BBQ tasted good, but the texture was very mushy (perhaps over cooked)...but personally, I prefer my BBQ a little dryer, with some char on it
The chicken tenders are the best in the country, hands down.
