I bought a vape cartridge here that didn’t work. That happens sometimes, no big deal. The problem was trying to return it. I was told I had to email customer service, send multiple pictures, and even record a video of myself trying to hit the vape. That’s just ridiculous. Nobody should be asked to film themselves smoking weed just to exchange a defective $20 product. Other local dispensaries simply swap out faulty carts on the spot with no hassle. Have been over dispensed 3x by this company and they acknowledge they did wrong but won’t fix the mistake. I was lied to that it’s impossible to give recommendation back after purchase. THATS A LIE, many other places will fix their mistakes and give recommendation back. Just not The Flowery.
Great service, answered any questions I had an was out the door in like 5 mins. Picked up limelight and that’s crazy flower, both are fantastic an have great taste/legs.
The flowery is the only place to shop!!!!!
