A lack of communication from the flower shop! We called to pay the balance she gave the balance on someone else account, but i knew our balance! on her wedding day my daughter called her several times no answer! when we called from my phone and someone finally answered! When she finally arrived with the flowers we had to switch up the venue due to the rain! As we were almost done setting up the chairs she handed the flowers to my husband and told him where they go! and left!? we paid $150.00 to have them set up. to have one ... read more

The Flower Shoppe is a lovely place with very friendly and helpful folks! They have more than just flowers, too - lovely cards and gift items. We’re very lucky to have such a great florist and merchant in our community. If you haven’t stopped by yet, I highly recommend doing so! 😀

Main flowers died after one day; the arrangement then looked bad. We asked for a new arrangement or a refund. They would not honor either request, instead just gave a half refund because they said the secondary, filler flowers, were still good! Wow, how thoughtful was that? Go somewhere else or risk the same poor product and response.

I got married in November 2024 and we used all silk flowers and it was absolutely breathtaking! The flowers were wonderful! We live in Montgomery and they are located near Huntsville and they actually delivered the flowers to me in Montgomery!
