I recently purchased flowers for a funeral this past weekend and I was so pleased with the incredible professionalism and courteous service that the owner of the flower shop gave me. The arrangement was beautiful other than a the rose flowers that didn’t make it overnight. When I explained this to the manager she immediately told me that she would credit me for the flowers. Like what?! This is true customer service at its best. I will order again whenever I am back in your lovely town. Thank you for your kind gesture.
