I would give zero starts if possible!! I will NEVER use these guys again! I ordered my flowers ahead of time and was told it would not be a problem. My flowers for my Uncle’s funeral NEVER arrived and I had 2 separate delivery dates. The flowers were supposed to arrive at the funeral home but never did. Then the flowers were supposed to arrive at the church and again, never did. Both days, I spoke to several people and still no flowers. No one could get in touch with the flower shop?! My go-to flower shop! I request all of my arrangements over the phone and I know everything that is sent will be beautiful. The staff are very professional and kind. Thanks for your excellent customer service.
This is the place to get your flowers in Little Falls, pickup or delivery. They did an awesome job with a surprise delivery for my mom at work today, and they have been awesome to work with in person. They even did a little doodle that I asked for, and even better than I had imagined they would!
