Best florist ever. Past flower arrangements have been consistently fresh and beautiful. But today I experienced such genuine kindness when ordering a bouquet for my Mom to enjoy while she is still with us. The over the top quality and service was delivered in such a matter of fact way that I can guarantee this is not just good business practice - Debby and the owner who personally delivered my order are Good People.

Debbie is incredibly lovely to talk to and order flowers from. She loves what she does and is great at it, it’s evident in everything she does! The arrangements are always full, fresh and beautiful.

I can’t speak to their flowers but I can speak to their customer service. Both times I’ve called this place they’ve been short and rude. When I called today they answered the phone stating it was Debbie speaking to which I replied “Hey Debbie, how are you?” Her response was “busy.” in a rude tone. I replied with “I’ll let you go then.” She was on speaker and my husband was also shocked at her rude response. Debbie was incredibly accommodating while helping me choose flowers for my grandma’s celebration of life. She showed options from the cooler and took the time to talk through colours and different flower choices to create something meaningful. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the arrangement was. We’re so grateful to The Flower Shop for capturing my grandma’s memory so thoughtfully.
