I ordered a floral arrangement on-line to be delivered for an event at the local high school. I was concerned when I saw on the confirmation that it would arrive with flowers wrapped and a vase with it. After sending an e-mail to The Flower Shop's website, I was called and reassured that the flowers would be arranged in the vase and would be delivered on time.
