I ordered a deluxe bouquet online and I was disappointed in the arrangement after my friend sent me a picture. It looked nothing like the arrangement I had ordered. I understand some of the flowers were substituted but it looked nothing like the arrangement. On their website, they claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed. The first girl I spoke to was very defensive and said “I’m sorry but I don’t know what you want me to do”. I offered to send a photo and her response was, they have a photo and don’t need my photo. Ordered the flowers online & were delivered on time. The recipient loved the bouquet.
I was gifted another amazing bouquet (sent from US resident). It was so full of large roses, several unique lily type blooms, carnations and numerous large closed pods or buds. About a week after receiving it, the pods have opened to large pure white lilies. What a lovely surprise, covering the fading buds, creating a "new" bouquet. How clever! Thank you.
