The website was very easy to use. I appreciated that the store called me when they could not get a hold of the person who was receiving the flowers. They were extremely nice and easy to work with. Communication was very clear. I chose the option where the florist would design the arrangement, and I was very pleased with it, as was the recipient. I will definitely be using the service again in the future!
