Epic fail. Where do I start? The plants delivered looked nothing like the website photo, not even remotely. The gift message was missing, so the recipient had no idea who'd sent the gift. I was forced, somewhat awkwardly and most uncomfortably, to write to her in the midst of her grief to ask if she'd received something from me.
