Completely disgusted with their services. I placed the order, they never emailed to confirm and more importantly never delivered and lied about it. My family is going through a hard time with a death and these people take it as a joke. Please skip these jokers and save yourself the aggravation
This used to be our go-to flower store, but never again. I was looking for a nice arrangement for a dear friend’s birthday. I was told that they had sold all of their arrangements for today, and the surly lady wasn’t interested in making me one from the flowers that they had, because they were closing in fifteen minutes ( at 4pm!) I went to Flowers Brockville, where the service was friendly and courteous. Best of all, they actually wanted to sell me some flowers.
