I live just south west of Barrie, Ontario and wanted to send my Father and Mother in law something for Christmas. This store met all my expectations and more. First if all the woman I spoke to on the phone was very patient kind and had the best personality! The centerpiece was recieved when promised and it is beautiful. When I need flowers or anything that they provide up there again I will definitely be using place! Thank you so much.

I placed an order from the states for my aunt for Christmas and the wrong flowers arrived and they were nothing close to what I paid for. Both my aunt and I called the shop to inquire about what had happened, and the lady who answered the phone was SO rude. She accused my aunt of removing flowers from the arrangement, which is so ridiculous! She also had the nerve to tell me that "no matter what you would have sent, this lady wouldn't have been happy!"
