Absolutely Superb customer service! We had flowers delivered from an online website and were very disappointed. Called The Flower Shop and ordered an arrangement. The arrangement was beautiful and they sent me a picture before it went out for delivery to see if I wanted anything changed or added. They understood the importance of our order. This will be our flower store from now on!
Helpful nice atmosphere
They were contracted through Telefloral for an order I placed for Veterans Day, well it never delivered on that day and they delivered the next day at literally the last minute but here’s the kicker they didn’t send what I ordered. They sent an arrangement that I would buy from the people on the corner. Absolute trash. It looked like it had been arranged by a toddler. I’ve attached pics of what I ordered and what I got. I would NEVER. Order from this place on purpose.

I do not recommend this place at all last week was my daughter graduation. I went there. I order flower and she gave me really old flower and very small bouquet, She charge me $110 for very small bouquet it was not worth it, no I know flowers in supermarket much better and last longer and cheaper $15 ( Not $110) Never go back again
