So freaking great! They were prompt, accommodating, very nice! We had a wedding emergency and the made us a new bouquet in under 30 minutes for a great price! Would definitely recommend!
I contacted the Flower Shop looking for a flower arrangement for a memorial service after finding out that the one listed by the mortuary was too busy and could not deliver one. They were clear in what would be provided, what flower substitutions may occur based on availability and delivered a beautiful arrangement when I needed it there. I am so happy with their customer service! Thank you!!!
Absolutely Superb customer service! We had flowers delivered from an online website and were very disappointed. Called The Flower Shop and ordered an arrangement. The arrangement was beautiful and they sent me a picture before it went out for delivery to see if I wanted anything changed or added. They understood the importance of our order. This will be our flower store from now on!
Helpful nice atmosphere
They were contracted through Telefloral for an order I placed for Veterans Day, well it never delivered on that day and they delivered the next day at literally the last minute but here’s the kicker they didn’t send what I ordered. They sent an arrangement that I would buy from the people on the corner. Absolute trash. It looked like it had been arranged by a toddler. I’ve attached pics of what I ordered and what I got. I would NEVER. Order from this place on purpose.
