I ordered flowers for my Sister-in-Law and upgraded it to the "premium" selection. The flowers she received were mostly fern and green filler, not the gorgeous bouquet on their website. I called to find out why and express my concern for being ripped off and the girl I spoke with said she did the arrangement and that she used the correct number of flowers and in fact substituted with larger flowers.
