Went to get an arrangement for a friends grandfather's funeral. They are so very caring and kind, they did an amazing job on the arrangement as well. Great customer service. I'll definitely be back.

The Flower Shop is amazing. I ordered from out of state and they delivered beautiful flowers to a family member living in Jacksonville. Everything doesn't go as planned all the time, and that's understandable. I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law for the first Valentine's Day following my brother's passing. The bouquet was supposed to include a small balloon, but it did not. I called The Flower Pot to have them refund the $8 to my credit card, but the lady on the phone said, "NO, we're going to deliver the balloon, and we apologize".
