I've had the pleasure of doing business with this florist for years. The Flower Pot has assisted me with providing professional services to families during the loss of a loved one. The arrangements provided has been a great comfort to the families. I will continue to do business with this florist.
I placed an order from LA, CA. I requested a photo of the arrangement & the attached card since I wouldn’t be in attendance at the service. I followed up with the location & was promised the photo twice. My local-CA donors expected proof of purchase, I feel my integrity is in question. This soured the experience. I’m disappointed this was a bad referral from the funeral home. I order flowers across the county very often with satisfaction. I feel good business is respecting customers time & money.
This place cares about you! I have never been met with such high quality communication! I am stationed 6,000 miles away overseas and they coordinated with me until the delivery was in my family’s hands. All of this was same day. They responded within seconds, for every interaction, both email and phone, that we had through the entire afternoon. Placed an order and the delivered arrangement wasn't satisfactory. I called and shared my concerns and The Flower Pot immediately endeavored to make things right. They sent out a new arrangement and I was left very satisfied with the experience as a whole. I've ordered from them twice now, and wouldn't hesitate to order from them in the future. I placed an online order for delivery on 8/28, for my wife’s birthday, at 1:11PM. Their website states “Order by 2:00 PM EST for same day pickup or delivery!”. I received an order confirmation email immediately after ordering. I started emailing them at 3:20PM asking for an eta. By 6:45PM and 3 emails later and multiple unanswered calls to the shop, I emailed at 6:45PM saying if the order isn’t delivered today then go ahead and cancel it. Crickets.
