I reached out via instagram 1/13 to see if they could do a bouquet. Initially, the business owner responded promptly, sending me a message back the next day (1/14). I responded 1/15 with a few details and an inspiration photo. I did not hear back until I reached out 1/30 and asked if email would be easier. I was in a wedding 6 months ago and it was absolutely horrendous. Flowers arrived 4 hours later than the requested time and we were told it was our fault and it was our fault if we “wanted our flowers to die” by having them delivered earlier. The bride literally did her first look with picked wildflowers because we assumed they forgot about the wedding and we couldn’t get a hold of them. Andrea recently did my best friends wedding in Sept 2023. While the flowers were fine, the communication and customer service was absolutely awful. Flowers arrived late so we could not take bridal pictures with them and the team was still setting up the arch minutes before the ceremony started so guests watched them make a mess. The venue manager cleaned up the flower stems so guests didn't have to walk on them as they went to their seats. Booked a phone consultation for wedding floral on a weekday at 5PM. 10 min before the scheduled time, I get a text asking to re-schedule. I then re-schedule to a weekday at 11AM. I waited until 11:05 and still no call so I emailed and called the phone number listed. No response. She texts 15 min later, again, asking to re-schedule. I will not be contacting this vendor further. She’s definitely not respectful of others time and clearly, cannot be trusted.
