We ordered a "loss of pet" plant for our brother. The Flower Patch helped us choose a plant that was easy to care for and provided a planter that was blue since our brother called his dog "boy blue" so thoughtful. In addition, they texted my brother to be sure he would be home so the plant would not be left out in the hot sun, which meant two trips to deliver. Thanks ffor making a difficult time a bit better.

The arrangements were beautifully done and their delivery driver went ABOVE AND BEYOND today. She drove out to the Colorado River Rd to deliver some sympathy flowers to my father-in- law. When she discovered that he was staying with relatives in town she went out if her way to make sure they were delivered to the right person.

My sister just received her flowers and they are stunning! Amazing customer service too. Linda was amazing by calling me to let me know that the sunflowers, for the arrangement I had requested, were just not in great shape and that they wouldn't last long. She was asking me for my approval for her to make an adjustment. It is rare to find businesses that will do that these days. I will definitely use The Flower Patch in Gypsum again.
