Horrible customer service. Delivered late and not what was ordered. Dead flowers and not even the size. The “manager” cursed and hung up on me. Didn’t want to give me the owners name or info. Have photos to prove it.
Flowers were NOT DELIVERED for Mother's Day like the notification I got said. I tried calling the phone number provided. NO ONE ANSWERS and NO VOICEMAIL. Can not contact shop through the website because the Recaptcha script on the page DOES NOT WORK. WHAT A SHAM!!!!

I don’t usually do reviews but I feel this place really dropped the ball. I got my valentines flowers today. They attempted to deliver them in the evening at my place of work. No call nothing. Then the today at almost 3 in the afternoon I get a call that she wants to deliver my flowers. Seriously ??? Valentines was yesterday. I refused to call her back so my husband did. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I sent flowers to my daughter for Valentines Day through FTD. This is the mistake of a place they decided to use. Her boyfriend did the same thing. The flowers I sent didn't show up until TWO DAYS LATER!! The flowers her bf sent showed up right at closing time and are brown and wilted in spots. I will be getting a refund from FTD and so will her bf. No one even said anything when they dropped them off today. They walked in, dropped them and took off. Fuck these guys. Got an email saying they delivered my mom flowers. She never got them. I have been trying to call them and email them for over 2 hours now. No answer from anyone. Apparently, multiple people have experienced this situation. Check their google reviews. I am cancelling the charge with my credit card company now.

Husband ordered today with guaranteed delivery. I never received them. No one picked up the phone when he called
I would not even have given them one star. The customer service was AWFUL.I have never to spoken to by a delivery person as I was one Feburary 6. Would think that if they are bring beautiful flower to make someone feel better or celebrate a special occasion.
