I am very disappointed with my recent experience with The Flower Mart in Petersburg, VA. The arrangement I received was not what I ordered. The roses were visibly warped and looked far from fresh, and daisies were included, despite not being part of the original order. For a total of $74, I expected a much higher standard of quality and accuracy. Additionally, the flowers were not delivered until nearly 4:00 PM, which is essentially the close of business. had another local florist let me down and i was ordering from scotland in the uk for a loved one in VA, the flower mart were quick to the rescue and delivered a really lovely bouquet that was identical to the design on their site, really well crafted work on them and i cant thank you guys enough, would highly recommend for any floral needs and ill be back for sure in the near future for more
I called to place an order for the first time, asked for something bright and cheerful for my daughter's birthday. They were delivered to her promptly and were beautiful! Great customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
