Micheal and Jason were wonderful! Super friendly and fun to banter with. They have pet-safe bouquets and wrap them beautifully! Super cute flower shop, will definitely come back :)
I was recommended by the Hyatt Regency Seattle Hotel for a flower vendor for an Anniversary Flowers to get delivered. They had the delivery driver left at 12:30 approx and never showed up until after 4:30 when specifically asked for arriving before 4. Once received the vase was rounded at the bottom so it was wobbly when placed on the table. The flower display was so generic and didn’t look anything like any of the website pictures. What an absolute gem. I walked in inquiring about a custom order and every person I interacted with was so lovely - talk about customer service! Vibes in the shop were immaculate. Wanted to thank Anna for dropping everything to walk me through the process, even sampling a bouquet on the fly. It’s rare to come across this level of kindness and service so I had to leave a review. Thank you!
Highly recommend this spot! I went in for a bouquet and they offered to make custom one since I wanted something petite. It was made with such care and attention, wrapped in ribbon! Absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers!
We so appreciate all the coordination and hard work that the staff at The Flower Lady put towards our big day! We were grateful to have the custom corsages, boutonnieres, and even a headpiece (based on a parents' wedding years ago) that all looked great.
