The flowers were beautiful and Anna was SO helpful -- she really went above and beyond to make sure that the flowers could be delivered inside of a pretty tight window, and they showed up exactly when she said they would (despite parade-related traffic chaos)
Update: after I made this post, the flower shop contacted me and sent another bouquet over. I really appreciate their customer obsession and the new bouquet looks much better! This is so disappointing. This is premium bouquet, with only 5 roses, and the red carnations in the picture is missing. The only thing looks the same compared to their sample picture is the vase.
