Total miscommunication. When ordering, I gave the website name for a specific arrangement and I clearly requested to add some carnations, not to make the arrangement a totally different looking carnation arrangement. I stated that recipient likes carnations, but wanted my arrangement for recipient’s special b-day to be really nice.
