I have been a customer for years now, their floral arrangements are gorgeous and my family and I use them for any occasion we can. The floral arrangements over the years have gotten more expensive but that is a given with the cost of living but the last couple of time we have been unhappy with size and the amount of flowers we are getting for what we paid for. Gorgeous flowers, but it would be great if the base was wrapped in another material not paper, or a warning, so you don't get a surprise water bomb over your home when opening haha.
