As a military member stationed overseas, I’m so grateful for the amazing service she provided. She delivered these beautiful flowers to my Mother within 2 hours after my call. Her kindness and efficiency were incredible. Highly recommend!!!
Beyond happy with the customer service and the arrangement! I reached out less than 3 hours before closing to see if i could get a same delivery.. explained what i needed. She made it so fast and easy and sent me a picture for approval.. Again, exceeded my expectations woth the service! She even followed up after bc no one was home for the delivery! Kim is absolutely the best! I needed a flower arrangement for a memorial service for my friend that was the next day. I showed up at her shop on Saturday morning and she was busy, but did not hesitate to agree to my request. I was impressed with her obvious pride and enthusiasm in her craft, but even more importantly was her empathy. Her creation, with very little imput from me, was perfect. I highly reccomend The Flower Girl!
Kim’s work is beautiful. She was extremely helpful and kind. I gave her free rein on creating the arrangement for the funeral visitation and she surpassed my expectation. We are not from the area and I’m thankful my google search lead me straight to Kim + The Flower Girl.
Called the Flower Girl for a next day delivery. She went above and beyond in every possible way! Giant bouquet, lovely vase, handwritten card, and delivery! I 1000% recommend!!!! Great communication, personal details, and most importantly amazing flowers! My girlfriend was completely happy, so am I, and all her girlfriends and coworkers were thoroughly impressed!
