Mark was brilliant! Our daughter had just had an op and we wanted to send her flowers from the UK ….I found The Flower Gem Florist on here and then contacted….photos were sent to me on WhatsApp and I circled what I liked… everything was ‘Can Do” which my husband and I really appreciated. A native Australian bouquet was promised and delivered! Payment was straightforward and the whole experience was totally positive. Our daughter LOVED her beautiful flowers and I would certainly recommend this florist.

Wow! The name of this florist is exactly described. The Flower Gem! Mark was very professional, efficient and kept me informed during the whole process. The sympathy floral arrangement he created was beautiful and exactly what I imagined and more. I couldn't thank him enough. In this day and age it's hard to find businesses that take pride in their products & services and especially their clients. I ordered from Canada for delivery to a friend in the Sydney area. Mark was very helpful throughout the whole transaction & the flower arrangement was beautiful. I would definitely order again from Mark.
