Amazing service. They provided bouqets for my wedding and were so helpful. Day of the wedding I made a mistake with the time I was suppose to pick up and they were super gracious and patient with me so that I could get my flowers. The flowers were aboslutley perfect and they go the extra mile!! Will certainly be buying from them again

Unfortunately I have recently has two disappointing experiences with the Flower Fountain. I feel they have changed ownership recently. With 2 flower shops in town I have always chosen the FF. Recently I ordered a live bouquet, the arrangement was lovely BUT the colours where not what I ordered. Upon returning I was given a credit. Today we were ordering 3 arrangements and it took my 98 yr. old mother time to decide, she was interrupted on several occasions and not given time to decide. Received a beautiful Christmas arrangement as a gift today. We are new to the area, and would definitely recommend this flower shop. I now have a beautiful centrepiece for my table on Christmas Day.
I had a last minute order of flowers for the day of, called and ordered a green and white bouquet and gave her my budget. The girl was lovely to deal with an assured me they could do that. Perhaps she was preoccupied with the short turn around time but I received a thank you photo from the recipient of the flowers and they were full rainbow color. Neither the quality nor color I was expecting for my budget. I’m not angry but pretty disappointed.
