I live in the US and I needed to order a sympathy arrangement for a dear friend at late notice. I can't thank them enough for their compassion and service. My best friend lost her husband and tonight she texted me the arrangement and brought it home to be with her. Highly recommend. Makes me tear up that they cared and prioritized the request. The arrangement was beautiful with handwritten card. Thank you again Dena!
Amazing service!
Amazing service. They provided bouqets for my wedding and were so helpful. Day of the wedding I made a mistake with the time I was suppose to pick up and they were super gracious and patient with me so that I could get my flowers. The flowers were aboslutley perfect and they go the extra mile!! Will certainly be buying from them again

Unfortunately I have recently has two disappointing experiences with the Flower Fountain. I feel they have changed ownership recently. With 2 flower shops in town I have always chosen the FF. Recently I ordered a live bouquet, the arrangement was lovely BUT the colours where not what I ordered. Upon returning I was given a credit. Today we were ordering 3 arrangements and it took my 98 yr. old mother time to decide, she was interrupted on several occasions and not given time to decide.
