Amazing service , definitely coming back
The arrangement that was delivered looks nothing like the online image I ordered to be sent to a friend (see photos). If she hadn’t written to thank me and included a picture of the arrangement, I would never have known. I do understand that flower substitutions are sometimes made but this arrangement isn’t even close to what I ordered and frankly looks awful to me. Very disappointed and don’t recommend.

Since I discovered The Flower Factory many years ago, I have made weekly trips there to buy flowers, plants, wonderful stuffed animals, and gifts and books you must have to keep or give. What is so striking is the beauty and color that fills your eyes when you enter. There are potted plants in interesting containers that greet you at the entrance.
