Horrible experience. Two days late on a Valentine's day delivery. The vase had a huge crack and the roses looked days old. Will never recommend them or use 1800 flowers again. Guaranteed delivery for Valentine's day was a joke. Left them on my doorstep in the rain, my wife extremely disappointed.

This would not be the first or second time I've used this service, it would be the third. From anniversaries to funerals I have used Stephanie to fill my order all three times at the last possible minute. When others could not guarantee the delivery because of my typical procrastination The Flower & Country Store not only guaranteed it but gave me the best presentation possible. Nothing but appreciation and thanks for The Flower & Country Store. My order placed over the holiday weekend disappeared into the system and never went through.. Was trying to order flowers for my fiancee who was spending the week babysitting her grandson. When the store returned my call, I told my story. Susan Valentine does a beautiful job with flowers. I'm a long time customer and highly recommend her work. Including the flowers she did for a friends wedding last Friday.
