My husband went through FTD and purchased my flowers which came from The Flower Cottage In HWJ and was delivered on April 16th for my birthday to my job. Of course I felt really bad bringing these flowers home because when I received them they were all wilted and distressed. The second day, I was even more upset that my husband spent so much money and the flowers looked even worst. Flowers are nice but were delivered to the wrong address! Please learn how to read addresses or use a GPS. I had to drive to someone else's house to pick them up late at night; thank goodness they were very honest people.
Been in several times. Very kind staff and really helpful.
My office sent me a sympathy arrangement from The Flower Cottage. A beautiful healthy Spathiphyllum in a nice sturdy rattan basket. The delivery person was charming and patiently waited till I placed my dog outside. I offered a tip but I learned this was the owner Dawn. We laughed and spent the next 15 minutes chatting and I enjoyed her conversation. I am looking forward in visiting her shop. I had a lovely experiencec and highly recommend.
