Matthew was the best. The flowers were beautiful but he really went above and beyond to make sure our delivery was smooth and the flowers would be safe. 10/10 will use again.
Very friendly, quick and on time
Usually I go with the big brands but for some reason I decided to order local for this occasion. I'm a Chicago resident, but my co-worker in Allen lost her mom. When the plant I ordered wasn't available, I received a call from Annie. She gave me more options and she was very patient with my lack of plant knowledge. I didn't see the final result, but the recipient was pleased.
