I was the recipient of this order, which included flowers, a teddy bear, and chocolates for my birthday. My friends spent over $100 to send something thoughtful, and I feel terrible that their money was wasted on such a disappointing experience. The delivery was left on my porch in over 80-degree weather with no phone call or attempt to notify me.
