An absolutely miserable experience by the end of it. My wife and I ordered an arrangement that totaled to around $90 after delivery, and spent about half an hour to an hour on the phone talking to the florist available at the time making sure the arrangement could have flowers we liked. We approved certain substitutions because some of the flowers were not available that we had originally selected. That was okay! I have gotten delivered flowers from this place for the last couple years for Valentine’s Day and normally I absolutely love them , however this year I got delivered the mini version of what I normally get and knew instantly something was wrong . I called thinking maybe I got delivered the wrong flowers instead was told sorry you don’t like your bouquet and that I’m not shopping at Lowe’s food and I’m the only one complaining out of 200 people .
