So disappointed, I order a premium flower arrangement for a wedding. It cost me 170$ and allot of the flowers were damaged, the groom picked it up and he didn't have time to complain about it, our wedding florist had to fix it. I wish I would of done the flower arrangement myself instead of ordering it. She definitely did not deliver what the picture online look like. I will not be ordering again.
Called to have a birthday arrangement sent to my sister-in-law with same day delivery. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful, patient, kind, informative and accommodating of all of my requests. And the arrangement is absolutely perfect! Cannot recommend The Flower Box highly enough!!! Support Small Businesses!
