The crew at the Flower Basket are amazing, they always make the buying experience feel personal, and the flowers are always fresh and beautiful. They recently did our Fire Departments Installation dinner, and all of the centerpieces and bouquets were stunning. I don’t buy flowers anywhere else!
Unfortunately we've gotten to the point where we are surprised when a business does the right thing these days. But kudos to Pete for fixing a problem with my order by crediting me back for an order of flowers that were not what I asked for. I specifically requested a certain color and what we got was not it. When I sent him a note with a picture of what was delivered, he called me to apologize and asked how he could make it right. The manager along with many of our residents miss the previous owners as they were professional, not nasty, and didn’t seem as if they were operating under the influence. She claims to be the owner but as the manager she is not. Owner unfortunately is unaware of this behavior sadly. She curses, and simply seems like she is more interested in her next smoke break.
