Ordered a $200 arrangement for a funeral. Looking over arrangements on line that are between $175-$200 my expectation was to have a display on a stand placed near the casket of our loved one. Instead, I was mortified to search the viewing room to find a few flowers in a carton of some kind sitting on a table with the card with my name on it.
