Walked in for a bouquet the evening before Valentine’s Day and there were 2 store associates to each customer in the store. Everyone was going above and beyond to make sure customers got what they needed. The flowers I purchased are still alive and well - almost 2 full weeks after purchase. Highly recommend.

If there's a better flower shop in the greater Ellicott City area, I wouldn’t know—because The Flower Basket is top-tier. Every time I walk in, I set my price point, say "dealer's choice," and they deliver something beautiful. I have yet to be disappointed. The staff makes me feel like their only customer, even on the busiest days like Valentine’s Day or prom season. Their arrangements are always fresh, creative, and thoughtfully designed. The service? My husband has been getting my special occasion flowers from The Flower Basket for years, so they were my first choice for purchasing centerpieces for my birthday party. I stopped in the shop to discuss my vision with them, and they exceeded my expectations! We had multiple centerpieces in the size pictured here, as well as a bunch of smaller coordinating vases. Excellent experience; highly recommend!
