I ordered my flowers over the phone since I live in LA and the women was very kind and helpful. She was patient in telling me the kind of flowers they had ready to be delivered. I will definitely call again to buy flowers for my family members that live in Stockton.
Buyer beware!!! Ordered flowers online for Christmas delivery, and unfortunately The Flower and Gift Shop in Stockton was contracted to fulfill the order. Not only was the bouquet received smaller than the one ordered online, but it was entirely different than the one ordered. Buyer beware! If you are looking for dead flowers and poor customer service look no further! This company delivers poor quality flowers and if you complain they call back to harass and verbally abuse the GIFT RECIPIENT with a fictitious story about how they "have delivered to x amount of customers that day and you are the only one to complain."
