I always leave feeling refreshed and in tune with my body. Sue Ann and Roxy are both so amazing at what they do. I've learned so much about my body through pregnancy and post partum and how to best support it!
This experience was healing and transformative. Like a roadmap, this training is serving me as a guide to continue to advocate and support my community with compassion.
I was thoroughly impressed with the breadth and depth of Melissa’s knowledge. I was in a cycle of pain walking in and after one session my pain is already dramatically less and during the session my breech baby flipped head down (31 weeks tomorrow). Very grateful for her friendliness, care and kindness. Would highly recommend.
I took the 6-week Doula & Prenatal Yoga course with Flow of Life and it was wonderful. I learned SO much from Sue Ann and Roxy. The training was thorough, organized, honest and inclusive. I'm so happy that I chose to go with FOL. I would absolutely recommend working with them.
I completed the prenatal yoga series with Flow of Life and it was STELLAR. It provided a much needed community of other pregnant people and helped to assuage my anxieties, relieve physical discomforts, and prepare me for the next chapter of pregnancy and birth. I can't recommend this series enough during any phase of your pregnancy.
