Ordered an Apple Pie for my husband’s birthday. It was DELICIOUS!!!! The crust (I specifically asked for lard) was flaky and very tender. Not only was it delicious it was so pretty!!!!

The knowledge shared was truly out of this world and reminded me that there's always something new to learn, no matter how much experience you have. Every lesson sparked new inspiration, fueled my creativity, and deepened my passion for the craft. Took a Cornish Pasty baking class. Owner Gina, instructor Jen & the rest of the staff were very nice, knowledgeable & professional. We learned by doing in a family like atmosphere. Loved the pasties!
I attended the Sourdough class tonight. Gina is a very knowledgeable teacher. She is passionate about what she does. She is creative, and there are so many new classes that she offers. I highly recommend her shop. Support our local shops!
