I called to place a LARGE order. The person who answered the phone just simply said "Hello", not the name of the business. I called back and got voicemail. Their loss
I don't live in town, but my grandmother lives down the street from the Floral Designer. I've ordered flowers for her from the Floral Designer multiple times and every time, my grandma says they are stunning and she feels so special to get such beautiful flowers. I’ve purchased and have been gifted flowers from this florist and they’re always fresh and beautiful. The shop may look no frills from the sidewalk (mentioning this as someone incorrectly noted that they were closed down), but probably because they’re rightfully focused on putting care into their bouquets!
