We paid a deposit on our wedding flowers on January 31 because Craig was "going to save us money". He took our money and ran.The doors shut to this place and they have vanished , anyone else in the same boat?
Charged $150 to my credit card for a transaction that never happened. Very disappointed to see people do business this way.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! We placed a phone order on our credit card in December for $80. Just today we noticed a $700 charge on our credit card from this business. Check BBB, this business has a D rating. Don't become a victim.
I've both received and sent flowers from The Floral Bouquet and I have to say I was so impressed both times! The flowers are beautiful and beautifully arranged right down to the last detail. Craig is wonderful to work with and I was even offered same day delivery - who does that?! I cannot say enough good things about my experiences and I am telling everyone! You NEED to go here! Period.
