Sami has taken care of us twice. He did a complete remodel of the home we sold, and we just used him to do a complete remodel of our new home. The works is fantastic, inspected regularly to make sure it's to our satisfaction, and Sami was in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. I will use Sami again, and I would recommend him to anyone.
WOW! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Our salesman and owner, Sami, was charming and told us that his installers were employed by The Flooring Shop. As the floor was being put on the wood slats were obviously defective and could be seen just by looking at them. Although he was called to the job site to review the problem he refused to come to view the problem or stop the installation.
