Ordered some flooring for a bathroom, but found out 3 weeks later when we followed up for a pickup date that the flooring was never ordered. Sales person did nothing to remedy the situation other than to say they could reorder if we wanted to wait another 3 weeks. Cancelled the order to use Finstad's (who has been fantastic), but had to make multiple calls to get refunded. Employees would not return phone calls or would say they would "verify the information" and call right back, but then leave work for the day. Left a messa... read more
