Ordered some flooring for a bathroom, but found out 3 weeks later when we followed up for a pickup date that the flooring was never ordered. Sales person did nothing to remedy the situation other than to say they could reorder if we wanted to wait another 3 weeks. Cancelled the order to use Finstad's (who has been fantastic), but had to make multiple calls to get refunded. Excellent and knowledgeable sales team to assist in the choosing of pretty much all flooring products!
My boy friend and I had Monteriors lay carpet. Like most places we had our baseboard in place and when the laid the carpet, the literally scratched every piece of baseboard in each room the carpeted. On top of that, they didn’t clean up after themselves and they left carpet scraps and fibers all over the house! Awful, please spend your hard earned dollars else where folks! These guys don’t care about their work and it shows and I hate for the people of Helena to deal with this.
