We recently had this company come out to provide a flooring quote. Unfortunately, our experience was not positive. The representative we worked with came across as rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. My husband made several attempts to communicate and ask questions, but the responses were blunt and unhelpful, and it often felt like our concerns were not being heard or taken seriously. Wow..great place for discount flooring. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We purchased carpet squares to install at our small business in Garnett, Kansas. They also offer bound remnants at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
