I got there right when they opened and was immediately greeted with excellent service! The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond helping me choose the perfect laminate floor. He even moved tiles around to match my existing tile so I could see exactly how it would look. I truly appreciated his patience and effort! Best part, I was able to take the flooring home the same day without having to wait. Highly recommend this place for their amazing customer service and quick turnaround! Ps I went it’s Plata Oak :)
We were referred to Flooring Factory by my brother. We were planning a complete remodel. We what been looking for in a plank floor was to bring together a maple color in our cabinets with gray couch and carpet. We had been to many stores with no luck. Enrique and his team were fantastic! He had a wide variety of selection and we were able to order a product. It all went so smoothly with them. After installation everything was beautiful! Couldn’t be happier! Flooring factory you rock!!
I’m really happy with how my new floors look — the color and overall finish are beautiful. However, I’m disappointed with the quality and durability. I was told these floors wouldn’t scratch easily, but after a short time I’ve noticed quite a few scratches appearing in several areas. I still appreciate the great customer service and the look of the floors, but I wish the product quality lived up to what was promised. Hopefully the company can address this issue.
I have purchased from The Flooring Factory several times. Not only are the prices great but the service is amazing. I’ve done business with Enrique several times and he is always very helpful and always willing to help the customer, weather it be finding the right flooring or helping estimate the amount of flooring needed. Enrique has always mades sure that my order is loaded onto my truck in an expeditious manner. The workers in the warehouse are also very courteous and make sure that your order is loaded carefully.
Enrique and the team provided great customer service. The store has ton of flooring to match anything and everything. I highly recommend using this company
