I decided it was time to update the floors in my house. I was on the hunt for a quality LVP, and shopped at big box stores and flooring specialty stores alike. I walked into TFF several times, and both Tony and Enrique were always there to help. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and guided me in the direction to choose the perfect floor. I got there right when they opened and was immediately greeted with excellent service! The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond helping me choose the perfect laminate floor. He even moved tiles around to match my existing tile so I could see exactly how it would look. I truly appreciated his patience and effort! Best part, I was able to take the flooring home the same day without having to wait. Highly recommend this place for their amazing customer service and quick turnaround! Ps I went it’s Plata Oak :)
We were referred to Flooring Factory by my brother. We were planning a complete remodel. We what been looking for in a plank floor was to bring together a maple color in our cabinets with gray couch and carpet. We had been to many stores with no luck. Enrique and his team were fantastic! He had a wide variety of selection and we were able to order a product. It all went so smoothly with them. After installation everything was beautiful! Couldn’t be happier! Flooring factory you rock!!
I’m really happy with how my new floors look — the color and overall finish are beautiful. However, I’m disappointed with the quality and durability. I was told these floors wouldn’t scratch easily, but after a short time I’ve noticed quite a few scratches appearing in several areas. I still appreciate the great customer service and the look of the floors, but I wish the product quality lived up to what was promised. Hopefully the company can address this issue.
Enrique has been great throughout the process. He provided plenty of samples and information and space for us to make our decision, no pressure. Great customer service!
