We were referred to Flooring Factory by my brother. We were planning a complete remodel. We what been looking for in a plank floor was to bring together a maple color in our cabinets with gray couch and carpet. We had been to many stores with no luck. Enrique and his team were fantastic! He had a wide variety of selection and we were able to order a product. It all went so smoothly with them. After installation everything was beautiful! Couldn’t be happier! Flooring factory you rock!!

I contacted Roger through Instagram and he told him what I was looking for and sent him pictures of my house. He responded quickly and recommended different floor colors and I ordered samples. Thought I wanted one but ended up going with what Roger recommended because I loved how it looked in my house. I was then contacted by Enrique who was of great help and helped me set up my order and shipping. Overall great shopping experience with both Roger and Enrique, would definitely recommend doing business with them.

I had such a great experience with Enrique at the Oxnard location, he helped me with making decisions I really had no clue about. The process was not stressful at all, and I was absolutely blown away and happy with the floors I purchased! “The Lexington” stunning floors!!

Great customer service ! Enrique went out of his way to help us get flooring samples shipped to Canada when we were having issues ordering through the website. His communication was prompt, helpful, and professional throughout the process. We really appreciated the extra effort!
