This company is a complete scam, I wish I never used them in the first place. My husband and I purchased out home on March 2021. We used this company to to install our stairs as well and the second floor. The first week of moving in the stairs started falling apart. If I could give this business zero stars, I would. They do not even deserve the 1 star. Anna is extremely unprofessional and crass. I don't understand how she is a business owner because she fails as a leader and running a business. Anna hired me for services, which I provided. I purchased some wall tiles with this company. Initially I didn't find what I was looking for but the seller was so persistent I ended up buying something I didn't even like. But the items thinking I could return them if it didn't work for me. Left and continue looking for tiles and ended up buying cheaper and better ones at floor and decor store.
