I had The Flooring Company install carpet and linoleum in my mobile home. In the master bath the installer put in linoleum and used nails to hold it down on the subfloor which punctured the water main and flooded the area under the house. When the company was informed, they sent out a "handyman" who did what it took to stop the flooding.
